Brian received a Bachelor’s Degree in History from William Paterson University, and continued on to receive a Law Degree from Rutgers University School of Law – Camden. Upon graduating Law School, Brian clerked for the Hon. Fred H. Kumpf, J.S.C. in the New Jersey Superior Court in Hunterdon and Somerset Counties.
During his early career, Brian focused his law practice on Civil Litigation, Family Law, Real Estate Law, and Landlord/Tenant Law. Throughout the years, Brian’s practice has evolved to focus exclusively on transactional Real Estate Law, both residential and commercial.
In addition to his law practice, Brian is a licensed title insurance producer by the State of New Jersey, and has spent nearly a decade working with title companies.
Brian has nearly 15 years’ experience practicing Real Estate Law. His focus is on providing clients with the best experience while they are buying or selling their home or commercial properties. From contract to close, Brian strives to maintain clear and constant communication, adherence to timelines and contract dates, as well as effective communication with lenders, Realtors, and other attorneys involved in each transaction.
