Drafting Real Estate Documents for Sellers

The Law Office of Brian W. DeRosa can draft a wide array of real estate documents for Real Estate transactions in New Jersey.

If you are selling your property in New Jersey, without having engaged the services of an attorney, and you require Real Estate sale documents for your transaction, we can assist you.

Every Seller of Real Estate in New Jersey needs to provide a Buyer with a Deed at the closing of title. In addition to the Deed, generally, a Seller also needs to provide an Affidavit of Title, 1099-S form, and a Non-Foreign Residence Affidavit (a/k/a FIRPTA). Depending on the circumstances surrounding the transaction, there could be additional documents that are required for the transaction to take place.

We will work with you to get the information necessary to draft the required documents. Once we have this information, we will draft the documents and have them ready to meet your timeframe.
